What is an API

An Application Programming Interface (API) is a set of definitions and rules that describe how computer programs can communicate and interact with a system.

By providing an API, Coro enables service providers and developers to build applications that integrate with the Coro Cybersecurity platform to take advantage of the data exposed through the API.

An API can therefore be seen as a form of interaction with an application that is a programmatic alternative to the human-focused user interface, portal, or console.
